SERVICE TERMS

These service terms govern the use of services provided via test.hein24.ee. A service user is any person who visits the website, creates an account, places an order or otherwise uses the services of Hein24.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. 1.1. The service provider is Barnabas OÜ, registry code 17314374, VAT number EE102895346, address Kaasiku 11, Kambja vald, Tartumaa, 61714, Republic of Estonia, e‑mail info@hein24.ee.
  2. 1.2. The service terms apply to all users who use the services offered via test.hein24.ee, regardless of the form or frequency of use.
  3. 1.3. The service terms may be updated by publishing an updated version on the website. Changes take effect from the moment of publication and apply to subsequent use of the service.

TERMS OF SALE

These terms of sale apply to the purchase of products in the online store test.hein24.ee. The online store is operated by Barnabas OÜ, registry code 17314374, VAT number EE102895346, address Kaasiku 11, Kambja vald, Tartumaa, 61714, Republic of Estonia, e‑mail info@hein24.ee.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. 1.1. The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods and services in the online store test.hein24.ee.
  2. 1.2. The owner of the online store has the right to change the terms and prices at any time. Changes are published in the online store and come into effect from the moment of publication.
  3. 1.3. All prices are in euros and include value added tax (VAT).

2. ORDERING AND PAYMENT

  1. 2.1. To place an order, the customer selects suitable products, adds them to the shopping cart and submits the order by filling in the required fields.
  2. 2.2. Payment for the order can be made via the Montonio payment solution, which provides secure bank links and other payment methods depending on the customer's country of residence. Alternatively, payment can be made by bank transfer based on the issued invoice.
  3. 2.3. The order is considered valid from the moment the payment is received on the seller's bank account.
  4. 2.4. If the order is not paid within 3 days, it will be cancelled automatically.

3. DELIVERY

  1. 3.1. Products are delivered within Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland.
  2. 3.2. Delivery is carried out using the services of Omniva.
  3. 3.3. The usual delivery time is 1–5 working days after receipt of payment. For special orders, the delivery time may be up to 14 working days.
  4. 3.4. Delivery costs depend on the chosen service and are shown at checkout before the order is confirmed.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

  1. 4.1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receiving the goods.
  2. 4.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to opened food and hygiene products (e.g. hay, treats, feeds) or products made to the customer's special order or altered according to the customer's request.
  3. 4.3. Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging.
  4. 4.4. Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  5. 4.5. The money will be refunded within 14 days at the latest to the same account from which the payment was made.

5. COMPLAINTS

  1. 5.1. The seller is liable for any non-conformity of the goods with the terms of the contract for up to 2 years from the date of delivery, except in the case of perishable goods with a shorter shelf life.
  2. 5.2. Complaints must be sent to info@hein24.ee, including the order number and a description of the problem.
  3. 5.3. The seller responds to the complaint within 15 days.

6. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

  1. 6.1. The seller processes the customer's personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  2. 6.2. The data are used for order processing, customer service and fulfilment of legal obligations.

7. DIRECT MARKETING AND NEWSLETTER

  1. 7.1. When subscribing to the newsletter, the seller uses the customer's e‑mail address to send marketing messages only with the customer's consent.
  2. 7.2. The customer may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link at the bottom of the e‑mail or by writing to info@hein24.ee.

8. LIABILITY

  1. 8.1. The seller is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the products or by incorrect data provided by the customer.
  2. 8.2. The seller is not liable for delays in delivery if these are caused by the customer's actions or by force majeure.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  1. 9.1. All disputes are primarily resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute may be submitted to the Consumer Disputes Committee or a court in accordance with Estonian law.

10. CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND THEIR MODERATION

  1. 10.1. Customers have the right to leave reviews about products purchased from the online store {DOMAIN_NAME}. Reviews may include ratings, comments and other feedback related to the product.
  2. 10.2. Reviews must be based on the customer's genuine experience with the product and must not contain false, misleading or defamatory information.
  3. 10.3. The seller reserves the right to moderate reviews to ensure compliance with these terms. Reviews that violate the terms may be edited or removed.
  4. 10.4. The seller may use customer reviews for marketing purposes, including displaying them on the website and in promotional materials, provided that the customer's identity is not disclosed without consent.
  5. 10.5. The website may display a 'Verified Purchase' badge or similar designation next to a review. This badge is shown only when the seller's system verifies that the user who submitted the review has indeed purchased the product and is logged in at the time of submitting the review.
  6. 10.6. The seller reserves the right to remove reviews in whole or in part at any time if they violate these terms or applicable laws, are misleading, or unjustifiably harm the rights and reputation of other persons.
  7. 10.7. If a customer finds a review to be inappropriate or unlawful, they may report it to the seller by e‑mail at {EMAIL}. The seller will review the notification within a reasonable time and decide whether to keep, modify or remove the review.

11. HANDLING ILLEGAL CONTENT (DSA)

  1. 11.1. If a user notices illegal content on the website (e.g. defamation, false information, copyright infringement), they have the right to report it by email to info@hein24.ee.
  2. 11.2. The seller will assess received notifications within a reasonable time and remove the content if it is clearly illegal or violates the terms.
  3. 11.3. In case of removal, the user will be informed about the deletion or restriction of their content and offered an opportunity to appeal.
